Automation that takes the manual work out of your week.

We map the process, then connect the tools you already use, so the copying, chasing and re-typing happens on its own. With monitoring, so you know the moment something fails.

What you get

Automation we build.

  • 01

    Handovers between teams

When one team finishes its part, the next one gets the task, the documents and a message, without anyone forwarding an email.

  • 02

    Onboarding and forms

One form in; accounts, folders, tasks and welcome emails out.

  • 03

    Documents and e-signature

Contracts and forms filled in from your data, sent for signature, and filed when they come back signed.

  • 04

    Reminders and follow-ups

Emails and messages that go out on schedule, so a follow-up no longer depends on somebody remembering.

  • 05

    Scheduled reports

The numbers you ask for every Monday, delivered before you ask.

  • 06

    Monitoring and alerts

Every run is logged, and a failure raises an alert instead of failing quietly.

When it is worth doing

Four signs the work should run itself.

  1. 01

Someone copies data from one system to another every day.

  2. 02

    Follow-ups depend on somebody remembering.

  3. 03

Month-end means days of exports and spreadsheets.

  4. 04

The one system that matters has no ready-made connector to the rest.

How it runs

Prototype first. Demo as we go.

The full process
  1. Written scope

    Discover

A 30-minute call about the problem, then a written scope you approve before any work starts.

  2. Prototype first

    Design

A clickable prototype before any code is written, so you see what you are getting first.

  3. Regular demos

    Build

Working demos at the interval set in the written scope, so there are no surprises at the end.

  4. Documented handover

    Launch and support

Deployed, documented and handed over. Ongoing support is there if you want it, never required.

Automation

Questions, answered.

  • Yes. We write the integration against each system's own API, so we are not limited to the connectors a tool happens to offer, and there is no extra service in the middle handling your data.

  • In the messy steps: reading emails and PDFs, classifying requests, extracting fields and drafting replies. We keep a person in the loop wherever a wrong answer would cost you.

  • It retries, logs what happened and alerts a person. You are told when something breaks rather than finding out from a customer.

  • Usually not. We automate around the tools your team already knows, and only suggest replacing one when it is the thing holding you back.

A 30-minute call is enough for us to say what we would do, and what we would not.
