• Is Vetrox an IT company in Sydney?

  Yes. Vetrox Technology Solutions is an Australian IT company with its office in Sydney. It builds custom systems, apps and platforms, sets up and builds on Lark, delivers automation and AI, and provides IT support, for businesses across Australia.

• Is Vetrox a registered Australian company?

  Yes. Vetrox Technology Solutions Pty Ltd is an Australian company registered with ASIC (ACN 702 145 177) and registered for GST, with ABN 35 702 145 177. You can look the ABN up on the Australian Business Register.

• How does a project with Vetrox start?

  With a 30-minute video call. You describe the problem, and we tell you what we would build and what we would not. After the call we send a written scope that sets out what is included and what is not. Work starts once you accept it.

• Do you only build software?

  No. Besides custom systems and apps, Vetrox sets up and supports Lark, delivers automation and AI, provides IT support and builds websites. One team looks after the system and the technology it runs on.

• What do you need from us?

  One person who can make decisions, access to the tools involved, and time for demos and questions. We do the rest.

• Will we see progress before the end?

  Yes. You approve a clickable prototype before any code is written, and once the build starts there are working demos on a private link, at the interval set in the written scope.

• What if we need to change something halfway through?

  Small adjustments inside the agreed scope are part of the job. Anything that adds work is written up as a change request, and nothing starts until you approve it.

• Do you work with businesses across Australia?

  Yes. Vetrox works with businesses all over Australia. Calls, demos and most support run online, and on-site visits are arranged when a job needs them.

• Can we work with Vetrox in Mandarin?

  Yes. The team works in English and Mandarin Chinese, so calls, meetings, training and support can be in either language. This site is also available in Simplified Chinese.

Accounts and technology

• Who owns the hosting, domain and data?

  You do. They sit in accounts in your name, and our access is removed at handover.

• What happens if we stop working with you?

  Nothing breaks. The hosting, domain and data already live in your accounts.

• What technology does Vetrox use?

  Next.js, TypeScript and Postgres, deployed on Vercel or AWS. The tools you already run are connected through their own APIs: Lark, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Xero, HubSpot, Stripe and others. Proven, widely known tools on purpose.

• Can you work with the system we already have?

  Usually. We can integrate with it, extend it or replace one part at a time. If rebuilding would genuinely be the better option, we will say so and show why.

After launch

• Do you provide support after launch?

  Every project includes 30 days of fixes after launch. Beyond that, ongoing support is available if you want it and is never required.

• How do you handle our data and logins?

  We work inside your accounts, with multi-factor authentication on everything, the least access the job needs, and access removed when the work ends. The details are on the security page.
